  • Sauerkraut - 1 can
  • Celery (diced) - 1 cup
  • Medium Onion (diced) - 1
  • Green Pepper (diced) - 1
  • Carrot (shredded) - 1
  • Oil - ½ cup
  • Sugar - 1¾ cup
  • Vinegar - ⅓ cup
  • Celery Seed - ½ tsp.
Directions:
  1. Mix all ingredients together - refrigerate.
