- Cream Cheese - 8 oz.
- Ketchup - 1 cup
- Shrimp - 1 can
- Horseradish - 3-4 tsp.
- Tabasco (optional) -
- Green Peppers - 1 cup
- Diced Tomatoes (remove seeds) - 1 cup
- Scallions (diced) - 4-5
- Chopped Black Olives - 1 cup
- Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese - 1 cup
- Spread cream cheese into bottom of serving dish.
- Mix ketchup, shrimp and horseradish and spread onto cream cheese.
- Then in layers:
- Green Peppers
- Diced Tomatoes
- Scallions
- Black Olives
- Monterey Jack Cheese
- Best if made night before. Take out of refrig. ½ hr. before serving. Serve with crackers or tostado chips.
