Ingredients:
  • Cream Cheese - 8 oz.
  • Ketchup - 1 cup
  • Shrimp - 1 can
  • Horseradish - 3-4 tsp.
  • Tabasco (optional) -
  • Green Peppers - 1 cup
  • Diced Tomatoes (remove seeds) - 1 cup
  • Scallions (diced) - 4-5
  • Chopped Black Olives - 1 cup
  • Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese - 1 cup
Directions:
  1. Spread cream cheese into bottom of serving dish.
  2. Mix ketchup, shrimp and horseradish and spread onto cream cheese.
  3. Then in layers:
  4. Green Peppers
  5. Diced Tomatoes
  6. Scallions
  7. Black Olives
  8. Monterey Jack Cheese
Notes:
  1. Best if made night before. Take out of refrig. ½ hr. before serving. Serve with crackers or tostado chips.
