Dill Pickles

Ingredients:
  • Water - 9 cup
  • Vinegar - 1 cup
  • Canning Salt - ½ cup
  • Alum - ½ tsp.
Directions:
  1. Put cukes (small pickling are the best!) in jars.
  2. Add dill and garlic.
  3. Bring all ingredients, at left to a boil and pour over pickles in jars.
  4. Run knife down insides of jars. Seal.
