- Orange Zest -
- Orange (or any Citrus) - ~½
- Sugar - ~½ cup
- Cinnamon - ~⅛ tsp.
- Little Clove - ~end of a toothpick
- ¾ full small pot with water
- Boil
- Use arrowroot or cornstarch w/ water to thicken
