Ingredients:
  • Meat Stock - 4 cup
  • Large Raw Beets - 6
  • Garlic - 3 sections
Directions:
  1. Dice the beets and cook in the meat stock with garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Simmer for 1 hr.
  3. add vinegar and serve with boiled potatoes
