Ingredients:
  • Large Ham Bone - 1
  • Split Peas - 16 oz.
  • Carrots (in small slices) - 6
  • Large Onion* - ½
  • Water - ⅔** of pot
Directions:
  1. After water boils, simmer for 4 hours, occasionally stirring from bottom.
Notes:
  1. *Or 1 Small Onion
  2. **I prefer ⅞ of pot
