Ingredients:
  • Chopped Onion - ¼ cup
  • Margarine - 1 Tbsp.
  • Milk - 2 cup
  • Cream Cheese (cubed) - 8 oz.
  • Velveeta (cubed) - ¾ lb.
  • Chopped Broccoli (cooked and drained) - 1 pkg.
  • Pepper - a dash
Directions:
  1. In 2-quart saucepan, sauté onions in marg. until tender.
  2. Reduce heat to medium.
  3. Add milk and cream cheese; stir until cream cheese is melted.
  4. Add remaining ingredients; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
Notes:
  1. Can substitute chopped spinach, cauliflower, or asparagus spears for broccoli.
