Onion Noodle Soup

Ingredients:
  • Butter - 3 Tbsp.
  • Medium Onions (thinly sliced) - 3
  • Flour - 2 Tbsp.
  • Black Pepper - to taste
  • Beef broth (or bullion) - 2 (10½) cans
  • Water - 2¼ cup
  • Thin Noodles (uncooked) - 2 cup
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese - 2 Tbsp.
Directions:
  1. Saute onions until golden.
  2. Remove onions.
  3. Stir in floud and cook 2-3 min.
  4. Add pepper.
  5. Slowly add broth and water to flour.
  6. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  7. Add noodles and onions together.
  8. Cook until noodles are done.
  9. Add cheese.
  10. Stir until melted.
