Onion Noodle Soup

- Butter - 3 Tbsp.
- Medium Onions (thinly sliced) - 3
- Flour - 2 Tbsp.
- Black Pepper - to taste
- Beef broth (or bullion) - 2 (10½) cans
- Water - 2¼ cup
- Thin Noodles (uncooked) - 2 cup
- Grated Parmesan Cheese - 2 Tbsp.
- Saute onions until golden.
- Remove onions.
- Stir in floud and cook 2-3 min.
- Add pepper.
- Slowly add broth and water to flour.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Add noodles and onions together.
- Cook until noodles are done.
- Add cheese.
- Stir until melted.
